Graffiti Logo

I have been working on a graffiti logo for a company called MEI EVENTS. Here is the first draft. I am going to let it be for a little while as I am now design blind from staring at it for too long.

The product is called Mega Doodle Doo and is a system where you can paint walls of any size using light. It is made up of projectors and a wii controller connected to a PC. It works realy well.

In creating this graphic, one of the problems is that I have never done any graffiti before. I started by doing research, using Google image search and Youtube. Another problem was that “tagging” is just too hard to read. As a corporate logo it had to be legible, so i have cheated a little. It does however tame an image.

As a logo it is not super. It has a way to go. try shrinking it down and it will just become a blob, but this logo is going to be seen on very large walls. It is more of a splash screen than a logo.
